Old Characters, New Place to Party
I have a number of people I want to AU-ize into Neo-Manila, but this is the general list of those characters. There are more, but not prominent enough to be featured ;)
Elias Avellanti - Heir to the mega-company Avellanti Enterprises following the disappearance of his father and predecessor, Marcus Avellanti. Handsome and charming, but known to be a businessman through and through which does not sit well with other family members who want a cut of the profits.
Rexile Halifax - Mysterious bodyguard/secretary of Elias Avellanti. Gossip magazine Yeah! is spreading rumors about his supposed romantic involvement with the heir of the Avellanti empire. Cousin of rich businessman, Asher Halifax.
Alexander J. Hadley - The head of Neo-Manila's weapons monopoly. A car enthusiast and a prominent figure in the Neo-Manila car culture scene.
Harlan A. Thornton - Alex Hadley's partner in crime. An accomplished weapons engineer and mechanic. Also a car enthusiast like Hadley.
Viktor Robert Falkner - A smuggling lord and owner of a shipping and logistics company. Walks with a cane, even though he shows no sign of physical disability. Known to use horrible poisons to kill any person who would cross him. Known as Viktor to many, but Robert to important friends and loved ones. He is both feared and well-respected in Neo-Manila.
Stephan J. Falkner - Second son of Viktor Robert Falkner and his right-hand man, a ruthless businessman like his father and while Robert uses poison to kill and torture, Stephan finds pleasure in doing things the old fashioned way, with a gun.
Percival "Percy" Falkner -First son of Viktor Robert Falkner, the go-to man if one needs information, does not care to be helpful to just anyone though. Mostly described as aloof and nonchalant.
Arren Irril - A healer and an alchemist. Runs a small online shop selling herbal remedies. Nephew of Solettia Halthion and lover to Viktor Robert Falkner.
Solettia Halthion - Extremely affluent and fashionable socialite, not much is known about her private life apart from being known to throw lavish parties at her mansion. Known to have ties to a secret organization that practices ancient magic and sells their services at a price.
Asher Halifax - Rich businessman and owner of two of the most popular nightclubs in Neo-Manila, Consulate and Clover. Known to have ties to a secret organization that practices ancient magic and sells their services at a price.

An ex-convict who goes by her alias but her real name is unknown. She works for the HPP.
"Sassy" James Alcantara
A drag queen living along Makati-Shinjuku alley. She is always seen performing in Club Elysium. She also dedicates herself into the HPP (Human Protection Protocol) since her family was killed by zombies during one of her performances.
The arrogant son of the late Commander Cantos who has since been working secretly as a mercenary, together with Trent.
A mercenary who is Devlin's partner.
The heiress to the Hacienda Carlotta who has achieved top celebrity status for her alleged sex tape of her doing acts of necrophilia with an unknown man (possibly Facundo). She has been in thousands of endorsements for over five years.

THE CITY IS UNDER SIEGE, residents of parts of Neo-Manila near the Pasig River have reported sightings of strange humanoid creatures rising from the waters and terrorizing the citizens. Several SWAT teams have been deployed but the sheer number of areas affected are spreading them thin. The police advised the general public to stay away from the areas affected for now.

- Chinatown 2.0 - the largest economic center in Neo-Manila since the outbreak
- 168 - a black market that smuggles weapons and other goods (some that might be illegal)
- Pasig River - now a toxic river where dead bodies float around

Notes:
- All the other malls are now hostile places and has since been abandoned/off limits or could be under quarantine
- What about schools? Could have ended the same fate as malls...but could be hideout for mercenaries and bandits (like the raiders from Fallout)
